So first we need to clean all the trash, and get out the way all things that no need to be there. Then we can pass to the animals, I would remove them from their livestock pens to wash them (the animals and their house) because hygiene is very important we animals (and humain being) so after I clean everything and all of the zoo is nice and shiny I would put the animals in there new homes with toys and everything for them to play and have a good time together. ( I don't know if it's the answer you were waiting for, but this is the only thing that comes in my mind)
