1) these documents are politics caricatures.
2) The thing who strikes me is the message "anti-mexican plan"
3) The first document represents the cessation of trade between the United States and Mexico. We can find out thanks to the trucks stopped by the barrier.
The second one represents migrants on boats far too small for them arriving in Europe but european guys doesn't let them pass.
