Tell to your friend how to reduce using social media​

You can say that from a point of view it is dangerous (pedopholie, revenge of the comrades with photos and publications).We feel social but we don't know about reality.  There is something else to do like spending time with family, friends, here are my ideas.

My friend, it's for your good that I say that but I think you should be less on social networks. Social networks and the phone in general are already bad for your health if you spend too much time there. In addition, social networks can be a cause of cyberbullying (nobody you do not know). I advise you to put your phone in your pocket and go out and spend time with real people.
