hypothèse : la figure est un carré.

aire hachurée : aire ABCD - aire AEFG

= (2x+3)² - (x+1)²

= 4x² + 12x + 9 - x² - 2x - 1

= 3x² + 10x + 8

factorisation de (2x+3)² - (x+1)²

= (2x+3 + x+1) (2x+3 - (x+1))

= (3x + 4) (x + 2)

si x = 0

on aura aire = (3*0+4) (0+2) = 4*2 = 8

si x = 2

aire = 3*2² + 10*2 + 8 = 12+20+8 = 40

si x = 7/2 .. à toi
